I completed my residency in Psychiatry and Neurology in 1986 at Harlem Hospital Medical Center, affiliated to Columbia University. I was appointed Chief Resident in 1985. I obtained the degree of Doctor of Medicine at Universidad Central del Este, D.R.
Board certified by The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology as well as The American Board of Addiction Medicine. Practicing since 1986.
Private practice in adult psychiatry encompasses treatment of anxiety, depression, grief, coping with medical problems, insomnia, postpartum issues, academic or career difficulties, and memory preservation.
